About Andrew Rudd
Andrew has turned a lifelong passion for food into a successful and expanding career, primarily providing cookery demonstrations, private catering and fine dining to food lovers nationwide. Andrew has had a fascination with food for over 20 years and has explored the culinary delights of many cities around the world, and has featured on TV3’s Ireland AM breakfast show over the years.
Andrew Rudd is a discoverer of all things food
Andrew gets a great sense of curiosity and pleasure out of animating others to discover new tastes. It was these attributes that led Andrew to start his food business. Andrew can cater for private dinner parties, business and corporate events, weddings, run cookery classes and much more. Most recently, Andrew has been used by major international brands such as Siemens to endorse their kitchen appliances and Unilever for staff training and development. Andrew has also worked on other endorsement campaigns with other international brands such as Gourmet Garden, and Pringles. In Ireland, Andrew has worked with Marine Harvest and the Kepak Group on the Big All’s Brand.
The world of international food brands may, on the surface at least, seem far away from Andrew’s Offaly origins but it is the link he provides between the two that excites him.
Andrew “really likes the idea that someone connected to Offaly is introducing Ireland to such a diverse array of international foods and flavours”. Andrew is always trying new things, meeting with clients and producers, and thinking about which recipes would work best on their menus or which products would fill a niche in the Irish market.
